Thomas Clinton Bushey

POULTNEY:

Thomas Clinton Bushey, age 76, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at his home in Poultney.

Tom was born Rutland on September 20, 1944. He was the son of Clinton and Nora (Gould) Bushey. Tom grew up in Hydeville and Ft. Ticonderoga, NY, where he received his education. He served in the United States Navy in Vietnam. He worked for over 20 years, as a Lead Man, at Carris Reels.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Rhonda LaFalce and Candy Rehbein, a son; Michael Crandall, step-children; William Heir, Patrick Heir and Ralph Heir. 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews & cousins also survive him. He was predeceased by his wife; Jean Marie Bushey and a step-daughter; Barbara Ward.

The memorial service “In Celebration of his life” will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 11 AM, at The Poultney Welsh Presbyterian Church. The graveside committal service and burial; with Military Honors; will follow the ceremony, in the family lot, at Mountain View Cemetery in Orwell.
