Pearl Mary Vasseur

BRANDON:

Pearl Mary Vasseur, age 95, passed peacefully Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Mountain View Center in Rutland.

Pearl was born in Burlington on January 2, 1929. She was the daughter of Louis and Delia (Bouyea) Vasseur. She has been a resident of Brandon since 1937. She grew up in Brandon where she received her early education. Pearl had worked for many years as a housekeeper for several area families. She had attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Brandon.

She is survived by her friends and co-guardians; Ken and Becca Putnam of Poultney. She was predeceased by her sister; Clara Vasseur and her brother George Vasseur.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 10 AM, at Our Lady of Good Help Catholic Church (St. Mary’s Church) in Brandon. Rev. Maurice Moreau, pastor will be the celebrant.

A private graveside committal service and burial will take place, at a later date in Pine Hill cemetery in Brandon.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
