Jeffrey Jesse Renfrew

FOREST DALE:

Jeffrey Jesse Renfrew, age 61, passed away, April 7, 2021, at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Jeff was born in Middlebury on May 27, 1959. He was the son of Franklin and Isabelle (McLaughlin) Renfrew. He grew up in Forest Dale where he received his early education and graduated from Otter Valley Union High School, class 1977. He began his working career as a machine operator at Vermont Tubbs. He later worked at Brandon Training School for over 10 years. He had been a truck driver and deliver person for Maynard Automotive Parts and later at Car Quest in Vergennes until being forced to retire due to illness in 2017. He had played softball with a local team and enjoyed watching sports.

He is survived by 3 brothers; Joseph Renfrew, Kevin Renfrew and Rick Renfrew, 3 sisters; Debra Bailey, Sharon Renfrew and Suzanne Silva and his care provider Deanie Bannister. Many nieces, nephews & cousins also survive him. He was predeceased by his parents.

A private graveside committal service and burial will take place, at a later date, in the family lot, at Forest Dale Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
