Barbara Grace (Dukette) Delahant

Barbara Grace Cameron-Delahant, age 80 passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021, at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Mrs. Delahant was born in Salisbury on August 12, 1940. She was the daughter of Leonard and Lena (Clark) Dukette. She grew up in Salisbury where she received her education. Barbara was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She enjoyed fishing, gossiping on the phone and listening to classic country music. She loved watching her game shows on T.V. her family was her life.

She is survived by her husband; Richard Allan Delahant of Leicester, 3 sons; Ralph Cameron, Jr of Tinmouth, Bob Cameron of Barre and Ron Cameron of Leicester, 3 daughters; Debbie Cameron of Rutland, Bonnie Lussier of Fair Haven and Judy Stork of Wallingford, 1 brother; Kenneth Dukette of Brandon, 2 sisters; Elaine McLaren of Salisbury and Diane Euber of Rutland. 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews & cousins also survive her. She was predeceased by her first husband; Ralph Cameron, her parents and a sister; Bertha Counter.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11 AM, at the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon, where friends may call form 10:30 AM until service time at 11 AM. Those wishing to pay their respects are ask to wear a face covering.

The graveside committal service and burial will take place, at a later date, in Evergreen Cemetery in Rutland.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
