To Craig, and the entire Mencel family. Growing up, I have fond memories of ski trips to Vermont with Mister Mencel, Craig, my dad, Wally Thomas, my brother, and myself. When I went on the the Bridgeport Fire Department, I was lucky enough to work in 10s with Captain Mencel. He was a good man, and a true firefighter.

Craig, do you remember, "If you're the Town Constable, then I'm the Mayor of Rutland!"
