Bernard William Kasupski, Jr, age 83, died May 14, 2019, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in White Rive Jct, VT.

Mr. Kasupski was born in Stoughton, MA on June 14, 1935. He was the son of Bernard and Pearla (Stacey) Kasupski, Sr. He grew up in Stoughton and later Rutland, VT where he attended Rutland High School. He joined the United States Navy in 1953 and served as a radioman until his honorable discharge with rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1974. A decorated veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars, with more than six years of sea service, he traveled much of the world during his career, to include four years living abroad in Naples, Italy. Following his retirement, he returned to Vermont and furthered his education at the University of Vermont, where he earned his degree in Business Administration in 1977. He owned and operated an employment agency in Burlington and provided tax preparation services to clients before retiring to Brandon. He was an avid golfer and member of Neshobe Golf Club in Brandon. He enjoyed fishing and was a voracious reader.

He is survived by his wife; Robyn (Prespare) Kasupski of Brandon; whom he married in Whitehall, NY on June 29, 1957 and their four children, Brian Kasupski (wife, Lori) of Essex Junction, Bernard 'Rusty' Kasupski,III (wife, Mehrnaz) of San Diego, CA, Jeffrey Kasupski (wife, Anne) of California, MD and Karin Kasupski of Milton, along with 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and 2 nieces.

The graveside committal service and burial, with military honors, will take place on June 18, 2019, at 1 PM, At the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel in Randolph.

Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers may be made, in his memory to; Brandon Area Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 232, Brandon, VT 05733.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
